Daniela Silva has devoted over a decade to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, driven by a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. They earned their Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020.

Throughout their career, Daniela has worked with autistic individuals across the lifespan—from toddlers to adults—in a wide range of environments including homes, schools, clinics, daycares, residential programs, and community settings. With more than five years of focused experience in Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI), Daniela brings both technical expertise and heartfelt commitment to helping young learners build strong foundations for growth.

Daniela’s approach centers on using naturalistic, evidence-based strategies that honor each individual’s unique strengths, interests, and communication style. They are passionate about creating meaningful learning opportunities that foster joy, confidence, and connection. Just as importantly, Daniela is dedicated to empowering caregivers—helping them feel supported, informed, and confident in guiding their child’s development at home and in the world.

Daniela believes that progress is most powerful when it’s collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in understanding the whole person. Their work reflects a steadfast belief that with the right supports, every child can thrive in their own authentic way.
