Dr. Rachel Thompson (BCBA-D, LBA) is a Professor of Psychology at Western New England University and the Director of the Master’s and Doctoral programs in Behavior Analysis. She has worked in the field of Behavior Analysis for over 30 years and has published over 60 peer-reviewed articles. Dr. Thompson previously served on the faculty of the University of Kansas, where she served as the faculty supervisor for the Sunnyside Infant and Toddler Program.
